This lightweight, formed aluminum version of our famous cast aluminum pan is a fantastic addition to any kitchen. The PFOA-free nonstick coating allows for easy release and effortless cleanup. To ensure the best results, brush with solid vegetable shortening before each use, and dust with flour or cocoa. Alternatively, you can use baking spray with flour. It is important to hand wash with warm, soapy water before initial use and after subsequent uses. Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it may shorten the life of the nonstick coating. It is important to note that mixes and recipes may vary, so it is best to fill the pan no more than ¾ full to avoid overflow. Additionally, it is advised not to use metal utensils, scouring pads, or abrasive cleaners on nonstick surfaces.
